I saw this problem when searching for my own answers but I don't see any solution to it.

OneDrive needs your attention
AVG Internet Secure Browser.Ink
No access permissions to the item.
It appears that you do not have access permissions to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow them to sync.

What do I need to do… I am not computer savvy.

I couldn't find any way of doing that, would it help if I deleted avg browser from my pc as I don't use it anyway?

Yes, Louise. If you do not wish to use AVG Secure browser, you can uninstall it as mentioned in this article.
