As we're uncertain about the exact message that you receive & AVG program that you're looking to activate, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of it?

Dear AVG Customer Care.  I purchased AVG Anti virus. i wanted to update my driver, and is asking for my activation code. after I enter the activation code is not showing code invalid.

please help me out.
