Problem with AVG Secure VPN Install

Did you successfully activate AVG Secure VPN using the activation code?
I would request you to click 'Change location' and connect to a different VPN server at another location?

Help... just renewed AVG Secure VPN (Multi-Device).  Downloaded it, installed it, but it is stuck on the 

"Initializing, please wait" screen now for about 30 minutes... nothing moving on that screen at all... like it's frozen... Any suggestions??
