Problem with AVG since upgrading to Windows 10

I have been using AVG on my computer for some time with no problems. 
I recently upgraded to Windows 10 at which point AVG disappeared. I have tried several times to download and reinstall AVG but  a  box appears "Download failure" and "We're sorry to report that the download of the AVG installation files failed.  Reason: Requested file is not available on server.  Error Code OxE0018D32".

I need some help with this issue. Please don't use 'computer speak' as I am a 'screen and keyboard' user!!! Many thanks - Look forward to hearing from you with a solution. Rob.​
