   I have AVG protection which was renewed automatically. I was informed early about that automatic renewal and I had no problem with that.
  In the mail that I received which informed me about the automatic renewal I also got this message:
"

To thank you, we’re also offering you a FREE upgrade to our best protection which covers unlimited Windows®, Android™ and Mac®devices for the same price for this coming subscription period. To take advantage of this offer, simply click here. (Please note this is for personal and family use only "

I tried to do that today (after my product was automatically renewed) but the installation was not completed, i got a message but I do not have it right now.
note that now I have 2 icons of AVG in my desktop ,one concerns the AVG protection that was renewed it it seems to be working fine and another AVG icon that concerns the unlimited version but I am not sure if it is working!
I hope I made myself clear,thank you very much in advance!
 
 

Yannis,  For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
