Problem with AVG Zen?

Having checked your account, I see that you have multiple products under your account.
To fix this issue, I request you to completely uninstall all the currently installed products and install the one that you recently purchased. Let's do this with the help of instructions given below.

 http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your pc.
After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.
Now, install the products that you recently purchased and you will be good to go.

Recently, I purchased AVG Antivirus and AVG Performance for my PC with Windows 10.  The AVG Zen which came with the AVG Performance Pro software shows four components consisting of Protection Pro,  Performance Pro, Privacy and Identity, and Web Tuneup.

When I click on the "Open" portion at the bottom of the Protection Pro tab, nothing happens.  When I click on the "Open", shouldn't the Protection Pro tab expand into the individual componets of Protection Pro consisting of Computer, Web, Identity, Email, and Firewall? The Protection Pro tab shows a fully-enclosed green circle with a check mark.

Any comments would be appreciated.  Thanks for your assistance.
