I have a problem with avgbidsagent.exe. I think this is quite a new problem, I'm using AVG since I don't even remember when, but in the last days, or even weeks this process takes so much memory - right now 662 MB. Why?
What I can do about it? I'm not sure what this process is really doing, but can I just stop it? There is no option to stop it really, the access is denied, but before trying some kind of method from the internet I want to be sure - can I delete this file and or stop this process, or not?
And is it normal that it takes so much memory?
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thank You all for the answers. It helped! But now - you can see on the screenshot above - "AVG service" takes 492 MB of memory. I'm not scanning right now or anything. This process never took so much before.
Thank you for providing the required screenshots, Ann.
We will certainly check and help you.
