Problem With Boot Time Scan

Do you receive this error message after you install the boot time scan and reboot the PC? Could you share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of it?

I can confirm that tthis issue still persists and there is noting I can do about this.
I had no issues with the previous version of AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE it is only this one.

Hi everyone,

I have done a clean install of AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE latest version 19.1.3075 (build 19.1.4142.0), the problem is that I am trying to install the Boot - Time Scan but nothing happens.
All it does on 0% and does not move, it comes up with a red error message that says:  Sorry, we ran into a problem with Boot - Time Scan.

I have done several clean installs of AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE but this has not solved the problem, I have a windows 10 PC.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Please reboot your PC once and then try to configure a boot time scan.
Let us know if the issue persists.
Not to worry, I will escalate this case to our senior team.

These logs will be analysed by our senior team and contact you via email with a solution.
