Problem with cleaning the browser

The last few days the AVG PC Tuneup 2015 as well as the AVG1-click maintenance shows an error when cleaning the browser. After this message the program stops and asks to send the problem
automatically to the AVG center. I confirmed it, but the problem is not resolved, and keeps coming back.
