For the TuneUp expiry issue, I would request you to open your AVG Zen, please click on your email address that is displayed on the top right corner of your Zen and select the option as log out as admin then click on the same place where you had the email address and select the option as "Leave this Zen network" and confirm it by clicking ok. Again click on the same place and select the option as "Connect to an existing Zen network" and please enter your username and password correctly, to get the issue fixed.

I have some questions about AVG Perfomance.
I have some questions about AVG Perfomance.
The first:
I have a problem with installation of AVG Performance on my mother's pc Windows 7. From the site I can download the setup, but than I see an uncomplete download screen. With the result that I can not do anything anymore, because I do not see the buttons like ''next'' or ''log in your Zen network''
The second:
I have succesfully downloaded AVG on my sister pc Windows 8.1 and she's in my ZEN network. But she has a window where stay's that license voor AVG Tune Up has expired. I do not understand that. I have license for AVG Performance until september 2016.
I hope someone can help me with these questions.
