I did purchase the software last Oktober but every time i try to install a get a feedback that the webpage is encountering some problems and there not possible to install my ware. This makes sad

Clement, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
