In March 2017 I purchased AVG Ultimate (2 year subscription) and after some tech support I was successful in installing it on my laptop PC. I have now attempted to load the software onto a second Laptop without success.
I have followed the steps to install the program onto the secondary laptop but when I attempt to run the AVG PC TUNE UP section on this laptop I am greeted by a demand to pay for the 30+ various features which I have accessed without problem on my original Laptop.
What are the steps ( to be clearly stated) needed to activate the software on this second device?

P,S. I am not very computer literate, therefore the assistance you may supply needs to be very clear, or maybe you need to take control of my Laptop to achieve the desired effect!
