Hello Werner. I certainly understand your issue. Have you tried uninstalling your AVG Performance program and reinstalling it with the correct email address? If not please uninstall your AVG performance program and while logging into Zen network please use the registered email address that you used while purchasing the AVG Performance program. my english is not very good- but I hope, You understand my problem.
I had an old Version of tuneUp Utility and changed to AVG last year. in this time I had an iPhone 5, and Samsung tablet N8000.
in the meantime I have now a Samsung Note 4 and Samsung tablet S t805.
i cannot close the old tablet in AVG Zen.
also in my tablet ist my old( gmail-adress) listet and I cannot change it to my right email-adress.
What can I do?
