I have renewed AVG INternet Security, installed the 2015, replacing the old 2014. WHen I opened it, red flag indicated Computer and Web protection needs updating. My attempts failed because of unspecified "error". I wonder if this product is worthless. AVG offers help with installation for extra $19. Is this a scam?
