Hello Gregg.
Do you mean you are unable to access a website on your Mac device? May I ask how did you narrow down this issue to AVG? Which web browser are you using and did you try to load this website on a different web browser?
Please also let us know the version of Mac OS.
Thank you, Gregg.
If you suspect AVG Secure VPN is causing this issue, we'd request to turn off the VPN connection and verify. Open AVG Secure VPN, drag the On/Off slider to your left to turn off the VPN connection.
If the issue persists, we can conclude AVG Secure VPN is not causing the issue. If the issue is resolved, we will certainly look into and help you resolve it.

Using my iPad, I have no problems. But, then, AVG is not installed on that device. I'm guessing that Macy's does not recognize the floating VPN. Is this a common problem? Is there a workaround?
I'm guessing it's AVG because this was never a problem before I signed up for this security system a week or two ago.
