Hello. I apologize for my English, I hope my question will be clear. Annual subscription to AVG Internet Security was over, and I decided to extend it, but it all went wrong. In the program window, I clicked on "Extend" without noticing the inscription below "Do you already have a license?" I paid a new annual subscription (order number ALLSOFT-1302*****7), received the activation code, went through the link specified in the letter, entered the code, but when I tried to update the program, I again had a window informing about the expiry of the subscription period. All my attempts to fix something were not successful. In despair, I removed the antivirus from the computer completely, hoping to go through the entire installation path again, but when I re-entered the activation code, I was informed that the code was already used. As a result, the money was spent, and I was left with nothing. Is there a way out of this situation?
