I purchased a 2 year subscription to the AVG Secure VPN on the 22nd December 2017.
It doe
s not show up on my subsciption list .
I contacted SUPPORT twice via CHAT as no email is available and i am in South Africa and is it 5 days .
This was not helpfull as they cannot do anything but excalate to the "relevant department"
On the Chat , they misunderstood my concerns and have told me they are processing a refund??
Has anybody else had this kind of problem.
When I purchased the VPN software online i was not aware it would not be available immediately as a download.
