Hello Roger,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Are you saying that the Subscription option is not available under About? If so please check if you are using 17.9 version. If yes, please open AVG Internet Security > Click on My AVG on top > My Subscription > Activate your product with the license or with your Myaccount credentials.

I have the same problem after i payed for 2 years. Unable to active because the word ''subscripion'' doesn't appear on screen.
