This is my second attempt to fix a problem that I am having with Thunderbird email. I was told by their support that my anti-virus software is causing the problem – which is that it freezes sometimes when I delete emails and move emails. It woked just fine on Windows 7. This only happened after I upgraded to Windows 10. I tried it in safe mode and it seemed to work fine so their support told me that it was probably my anti-virus. I am using AVG Free version 16.51.7497.
Another problem with this forum is that I cannot find my original question once I have logged in. What am I doing wrong?
