Problem with unsuscription

I have checked your account and see that the automatic renewal is already cancelled on your account. You will not be charged by AVG automatically in the future.

You should have already received an email confirming this cancellation of the AVG subscriptions. I have resent the email, please check in your Spam/Junk folder as well.

I subscribed to AVG in January 2012 with the order ID 35-106480. I tried to unsubscribed many time without any success. I contacted Digital River because the service renews automatically and I have to pay even if I don’t use the AVG anymore. Digital River wrote me that I have to expire my subscription contacting the AVG costumer care. Through the web site I can’t do it because it says that I already unsubscribed, but I still receive the bill and the charge of the payment on my credit card. 
I don’t want this service anymore. I don’t want to pay anymore. I want to unsubscribe  the service.
I received an email from AVG Antivirus that says that my two subscriptions will be renewed automatically on the 9th of December. 

Please unsuscribe me or write me what I have to do.

I want to receive an email from you that confirm my unsubscription and i don’t want a new payment to Be charged on my credit card.
