Problem with updating virus definitions

A few days ago, AVG Antivirus Free stopped updating. I uninstalled it and run AVG_Clear.exe and AVG_Remover.exe. I rebooted and tried to install it back normally from the website but it stopped with an error. After a couple of tries I finally managed to install it offline. At first it seemed that the problem with updating was solved but I soon realized it wasn't. It has stopped updating again. The virus definition is now 14 days old. AVG version is 18.2.3046 (build 18.2.3827.304), Release date 1/3/2018 1:53:30 pm. What should I do now?
