Problem with VPN

I purchased AVG Ultimate form 3 hours,
I noticed that the AVG, vpn program running great, BUT after running the program disconnect.
my  network.
I retched to AVG support member.
I think he is tried as well, And he made a remote session with me for about 40 mints.

The conclusion (( Nothing changed ))
How I can trust this software !! And who can solve my problem !!
