I followed the instructions and installed the software, but the message still comes up saying MSVCR110.dll is missing when I click on AVG.
After installing the windows 10 update I can't open AVG. A message pops up saying the program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing. I tried to uninstall avg in order to reinstall it, but I can only find AVG zen on my programs list and in order to delete AVG zen I have to uninstall AVG pc tuneup 2015 which I cannot figure out how to uninstall because it isn't listed on my programs list in the control panel. Are there any other ways to fix this problem?
