Problem with Windows Live Mail

Hello Michel,

I will help you in solving this issue.

Please open AVG Internet Security installed on your computer, click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public". Once this is done, select "Policies->System Rules", enable all the settings that are not configured.

Check if that fix the Windows live mail issue.

I have bought the VPN program with you, with order number xxxxxx from 13.03.2018 ,Now I have a little  problem when I try to send a  E-mails, (impossible to send an e-mail, It works only if I switch off the VPN security). And when I send a E-mail te  Receiving an e-mail works very well, could you please me help solve this problem. thank-you in advance.  xxxxxxxxxxx

Hello Karthikeyan.
I have done what you have prescribed and I have sent a couple of mails to my daughter, the first was good but the following values back illegible she said. So I think I did well, but I am not a PC specialist.
I'm not so good understand Policies - system rules ?
