Several days have passed without appearing to have found a solution to my problem. So I think that if so it is time to give up and cancel my contract with your company and to make arrangements to cancel the contract and refund the amount thereof. Thank you for your interest and feel unable to continue with their software.

Solicito que definitivamente cancelar el contrato que tengo con la seguridad de Internet AVG y la devolución del importe pagado. La razón de esta decisión es incapaz problema técnico se resuelve por que desde el comienzo de la licencia me proporcionó y resultó absolutamente defectuosa e inútil, que no funciona. Siento en mi derecho de dicha cancelación y reembolso. Espero su solución. Gracias.
