trotz laufender Internetverbindung erhalte ich die Meldung: Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen oder funktioniert in AVG nicht.
TrrotzAnwendung der in Ihrem Kundendienst genannten Vorgaben ist die Meldung nach wie vor gleich.
Auch die Vorgaben entsprechend Ihrem Hinweis "Die Verbindung mit dem Updateserver ist fehlgeschlagen" bringt keine Änderung.
Die Fehlermeldung ist nach problemlosen nLau f der AVG-Software über Monate nun zum 3. Mal aufgetaucht.
Ich bitte um Ihre Unterstützung zur Lösung des vorhandenen Problems.
