Problems about activating AVG Zen

Hello Mogens,

I can understand that you are trying to activate your AVG program. Unfortunately I am unable to locate any records registered under mgrve@hotmail.com .I was able to locate records registered under mgreve@hotmail.com and I can find that you have purchased "AVG Protection multidevice (2 years subscription)" on 16 August 2015 .Kindly let us know if this is the AVG product you are trying to activate.

I have bought and payed for AVG Zen and I can`t acivate it.
By mistake I wrote an wrong email (which does not exist). I wrote mgrve@hotmail.com instead of mgreve@hotmail, which is my correct email.
My AVG order is 700-3264-220 bourght 16.08.15​​.
How can I correct the wrong email and get acces to my AVG and activate it?​
