Problems after updating to windows 10, might AVG driver updater help?

After updating to windows 10 my screen has been dimmed out. While attempting to fix this problem, I updated my graphics driver, which caused my screen size to be a little too large for my monitor. Is the AVG driver updater likely to help with these problems?
