I was notified that my automatic payment for Antivirus and PCTuneup did not go through. So, today I paid through PayPal. When I tried to follow the instructions in the email you sent me, I got a blank window when I tried to open Antivirus, and a window with the message "Incompatible AVG product detected" when I tried to follow the PCTuneup instructions. Do I have to manually uninstall all my existing AVG software to make this work? I'm not particularly adept at technology, so please make this easy for me…without charging me more money.
