I understand that your concern. I request you to open AVG Internet Security/AVG PC TuneUp dashboard, click on small "HOME" icon to the left corner. It will open AVG main user interface, click on "Connect" and select "Log into existing account" for entering AVG my account credentials. Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates AVG PC TuneUp. (If it's not installed, the click on AVG PC TuneUp button and select install it for free). If you're receiving any error message while opening AVG Console then please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I have purchased the AVG Tune Up and the confirmation email from AVG informed me that I should access the dashboard. When I try to download the dashboard, however, an error message shows up.
