I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, I can see that your AVG AVG TuneUp - Unlimited program has been expired on 12/16/2016. However, I can also see that you have AVG Ultimate 6 months subscription which was created on 2015-12-22 and it been never used. It is active in your account, if you want to register the key and want to install AVG Internet Security/AVG PC TuneUp programs on your computer or do you still want to install AVG Free Antivirus on your computer. If AVG Free Antivirus, then please let me know what is the exact issue you're experiencing with it's installation. I look forward for your reply.

I really like AVG free simply because it's exactly what it says,Free.However I would like to have the PC Tune-up part also.But in the past I've purchased some different plans trying to get it included,but have had the very same trouble a lot of other people have had.I can never get it to install.What really happens is I just throw the money away.I let Microsoft work on my computer for help with another problem,and two days later,someone had access to my debit card and was using it.That broke me from trusting anybody.If and when you ever get the installing problem worked out,I''ll be interested in the Tune-up.I've never had a problem of any kind with the free part.It's as good as protection gets.
