Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
Tap on the drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.

i have the SONY Xperia XA mobile (cell) phone, and i have opted to use 'AVG Pro' as protection for it. Yet…when i log into my AVG account i cannot locate my cell phone being registered and using 'AVG Pro' which i have paid for an annual subscription ??
