Problems logging in to Anti-Theft!

Note : The Anti-Theft feature in AVG AntiVirus for Android allows you to connect to your lost or stolen device and execute several commands remotely from your AVG Account.

You cannot control a missing device unless AVG AntiVirus for Android is already installed on the device, and the following requirements are met:

  • The device is turned on and connected to the internet.
  • The Anti-Theft feature is enabled on the device.

I login to my AVG account on windows PC (Chrome and Firefox web browsers) I have a subscription on two Android phones. The problem with Anti-Theft happened today.

I log in to my AVG account on windows PC (Chrome and Firefox web browsers) I have a subscription on two Android phones. The problem with Anti-Theft happened today.

AVG AntiVirus with a purchased subscription is installed on the Android device
1. My two devices are on and connected to the internet
2. Anti-Theft is turned on in both devices
3. Until a few days ago, during the tests, everything was working
Your system stopped working well yesterday (although in August the system also crashed)

I think we don't understand each other, because I can't get to the panel of my Android devices by logging into your website in my AVG account (at https://account.avg.com/)
I would like to add that I have just read on internet groups that more people from Poland have such a problem. Please fix this problem as Anti-Theft is one of the more important features I have been buying your software for for several years.
I always buy licenses from your partner in the Polish company Mojosoft. Should I submit a complaint to them? What is the contact to the support department for your Polish clients?
If your system will cause such problems more often, I am afraid to extend the subscription in a few months and I will start looking for offers from your competitors.
