Problems logging into AVG Cleaner

Hello Ervin,
I understand your concern. There is no benefits when log in to my-account as AVG Zen has been removed for the Mac devices.
Your AVG programs (AVG Antivirus/Cleaner) is/will be working fine without signing in to AVG MyAccount.

I successfully installed the AVG Ultimate software into my desktop MAC and downloaded the AVG Cleaner from the App store. However, when I attempt to login into the AVG Cleaner, my email and password do NOT match.  Yet, I can successfully login to the AVG Myaccount without any problems.
