Problems renewing subscription

I’ve had an emailing stating that my renewal payment with Paypal has failed. There is no issue with my account (details correct, card active, other payments working fine). Have tried changing payment option but the ‘change card details’ box doesn’t work and ‘contact us’ sends me round in an infinity loop of no help at all. No response via Messenger either.

Any ideas how to get hold of someone (before my subscription lapses and I end up going elsewhere)?
