Peter, With Win 10 Windows Defender is classified as an AntiVirus prog… When using AVG you should only have 1 - AV installed on your system.

Recently upgraded to Windows 10  -  now unable to save new data on s/sheet  because of "a sharing violation"  referring to file ending ".xlsx", and creating a new file with an alpha-numeric name which then cannot be opened ! -  MS blame anti-virus software clashing with theirs, and recommends advising anti-virus provider  -  solution please.
