Sorry for y late reply, I was a few days away. Problem is solved, it was a problem of Outlook, now everything is working again.

I will check this for you.
Please disable AVG temporarily on your computer and check if you are able to send emails.
To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and click on the slider to "Disable Protection".
If you are able to access, then enable AVG Protection, open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu->Settings->Components". From here disable each component one at a time and check disabling which component fix this email issue.
If I want to send an email I get the fault 0x8004210B. Is this a problem of AVG or Outlook?
