Problems sharing AVG with family

To whom it May concern. I have several subscriptions to AVG products. When I go to my account page, and want to share these products with my husband.

Then I try to use what is called share with family, when I try this the message gets error no.404. My husband's phone uses an Android system. How should I go about getting this to work, am I doing something wrong or do you know something is wrong.
