Problems to install my newly bought AVG TuneUp - Unlimited

May I know the operating system of your PC?
Do you have any antivirus program installed on your PC?
After clicking on "Install Now" if you have got any window with error message please provide the screenshot of it.

Hi,
I bought a license for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited yesterday (after testing it for 25 days) and replied to the confirm my email address. However, I have problems to download the program according to the instructions at:
| AVG
Everything goes well until bullet 4 but after I pressed "install now" I do not get a possibility to log in according to bullet 5 and thus I cannot connect to the server. Instead I come to the AVG tune up image.

What is the reason to this?

Please find my answers:

May I know the operating system of your > PC?
- It is Windows 10 Home, version 1703, OS version 15063.608, 64 bits OS
 
Do you have any antivirus program installed on > your PC?
- No, I had originally Norman for several years but after you took over I installed the evaluation license of AVG and then I got this problems once I bought the license for AVG TuneUp

After clicking on "Install Now" if > you have got any window with error message please provide > the screenshot of it.
- After pressing "Install Now" I get the image "Installing AVG" and after reaching 100% I get the "normal" AVG TuneUP menu with 5 different options: "Maintenance", "Speed up" etc. If I remember correctly it stopped with an error after a time out the first time (I think it was roughly after 95% of the installation but that I have not been able to reproduce but instead it passes but I do not get any question to log on).

Is it possible to uninstall the 2 AVG programs, mentioned in last answer, and then try to install again  AVG TuneUp (or will the one unit license stop that)?
