Problems with activation AVG PC tune up

You already have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices subscription which doesn't have a license number and its activation is by entering AVG my account credentials.
Hence, the program that you currently installed belongs to this category and that is the reason you aren't able to find the right option to enter the license number.
It is not necessary to have AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license when you have TuneUp - Unlimited Devices as the program are similar.
Would you like to get refund for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license?

I received an email 2 days ago telling me to activate PC tune up with the license number. I followed the directions exactly, but instead of "help and support", it just says "help"  on the AVG PC Tune-up page, And when I click on 'help', there is no choice for "activate product".  I'm frustrated. Can anyone help me? Please?

Let me explain it in a simpler way. You have two subscriptions for the same program.
Hence, we recommended to use one of them which is for unlimited devices and get refund for 1 computer license.
We have initiated the refund for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license and an email explaining its status has been sent.

I'm still confused, but it appears that I should get a refund for AVG PC TuneUp. Please let me know what this has been done.
