Problems with all of AVG

I just took a picture of it on my cell phone. How can I send it to you?

Note: it is interferring with my internet provider and all of my work on my computer.

Could you share the screenshot of it? You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
We could see that you have paid for AVG Internet Security, AVG password protection, AVG Secure VPN, AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Driver Updater products.
May I ask which AVG program is causing the issue with internet?

For the last 4 days, all of my AVG products that I have bought and used for quite sometime are not now working. Keep getting that house cleaning is being done. It is hindering the use of my internet and causing problems. Should I un-install???

We request you not to share the license number on a public forum.
The message that you see on AVG my account is a default one which explains that we are undergoing a major change.
However, this will not affect the functionality of your AVG products.
May I ask how did you confirm that AVG PC TuneUp is interfering with your internet provider?
