Hello, i have exactly the same issue and i need to find my phone. Any clue on when it will be fixed?

Hello. I can login to my account but it fails with anti-theft. I even reset my password but i didn´t work for anti theft. Any ideas?

Hello Gavin,
Our customers are facing issues in logging in to their account in AVG Mobilation website. It is a known issue and has already been escalated to our senior technicians and they are working on it. Unfortunately there is no time frame on when it will be fixed, however the issue has been given 'high priority' and so should be fixed soon. Thank you.
