Also please try to add that online game in the exception list of AVG. I've bought the new AVG, upgrading from 2016 to 2017, but i'm only having problems. For example, when i play videogames online i always get "NAT restricted" and i have to disable AVG and use "Windows Firewall". I'd like to go back to AVG 2016, if it's possible to downgrade.
