Problems with AVG 2017

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that there is no option to downgrade from AVG 2017 to AVG 2016. So please proide the screenshot of the error you encounter with online game. Please use this article to show instructions to create a screenshot http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV . Also please try to add that online game in the exception list of AVG. I've bought the new AVG, upgrading from 2016 to 2017, but i'm only having problems. For example, when i play videogames online i always get "NAT restricted" and i have to disable AVG and use "Windows Firewall". I'd like to go back to AVG 2016, if it's possible to downgrade.

Max, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
