Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I had the free AVG Anti Virus and did not remove it but it was some how removed. Took hours to get it removed and then re installed avg but it does not allow for updates. Did I do something wrong. Doesn't look the same as the previous AVG anti Virus protection I had before. It will only allow me to run scans but not do an update nor give me an option to do so. Please help.
