Hi Dinesh,

The screen shot showing the latest failure when I tried to install Crossover again and AVG quarantined rsaenh.dll infected with Win32:SuspBehav-B [Heur]

The first time there were many files quarantined including some from the Windows applications which are also now damaged - about 75 I believe

Unfortunately, every time I try to add a screenshot the screen goes cloudy and nothing works.
