I recently purchased the AVG Tune-up for my Windows 8.1 and now I seem to have lost several programs and files. I have no apps in the app section, no clock, no icons in the task bar, no Word, no Excel, had to start Google from scratch, can't get to One Drive, fonts are funky, etc… I tried to open AVG Tuneup to undo the action and reset it, but I can't even open AVG. I downloaded it again and tried to restart it, and it still isn't working. Please help.
