I have had similar problems and I run Vista Home premium. The browser cleaner just crashes. My solution which has worked is to uninstall the 2015 version and reinstall the 2014 version from my download file. so far I have had no further problems

Hello,

March 28, 2015 I installed AVG PC TuneUp. It ran automatically displayed a message saying it had  removed 3760 errors from my Windows 7's registry. Immediately problems happened: Control panel was frozen, a number of programs refused to run or not ran properly.

March 31, an AVG Customer Care send me a link to a remover tool to remove AVG PC TuneUp. Problems remain the same.

I have been reading this community forum for solutions. Some AVG experts here suggested to use "UNDO Change" option in AVG PC TuneUp, but I have REMOVED AVG PC TuneUp already.

What can I do now? Please help.

I am sorry to hear that, I just generated you license so you can install AVG PC TuneUp and try to fix your issue.
If it doesn't help please send me new output from http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe and let know about it.
