Problems With AVG Secure Browser

I have almost every AVG service available, and my computer is a mess when I try to browse, especially when I go to pictures.  It always says AVG Secure Browser Not Responding.  The computer freezes, and I have to press CTRL, ALT, and DELETE to sign in again.  I have talked with 3 of your reps on the phone who have tried to fix the problem.  I am paying all of this money for protection(AVG Password Pro, AVG Internet Security, AVG Secure Browser, Secure VPN, AntiTrack, Tune Up, and Driver Updater) and I obviously have some kind of virus or glitch.  My Secure VPN keeps turning off.  I turn it back on, and when I check it is off again.  I adjusted the settings, so hopefully, that will help.  At other times I will be browsing, and my screen leaves any website I am on right in the middle of what I am doing, and it goes back to my home page.  I am beyond frustrated, and I want this fixed. I want to talk to someone who speaks English well.  It is so difficult to understand some of these people. I got disconnected from the second technician, and although he had my number, he didn't call me back. The third really tried to help, but he wasn't successful either.
