Problems with AVG Secure VPN

I am sorry to hear that. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Secure VPN valid till 2/27/2019. Please uninstall the AVG Secure VPN from your computer control panel and reinstall the latest version from the AVG Zen dahsboard. You can see the AVG Secure VPN tab in the Zen dashboard, click on the same and you can see an otpion "Try for free". Please click on the same and install AVG Secure VPN. This will activate the paid subscription of AVG in your computer. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

When I click on the VPN icon, a screen comes up saying that my privacy is not protected. I click on the "off" button but it doesn't turn on.
When I went to My Account, it said that there is no license for the VPN and that to activate it I have to open it and log in.  How do I open the VPN, other than clicking on the icon, which then opens the above-mentioned screen?  Thanks.

You will find an option to login on AVG Zen interface. The login option is not available on AVG Secure VPN interface which you seem to be trying. I certainly understand if it frustrating to contact us multiple times for same issue. This issue can be fixed within 20 to 30 minutes utmost by one of our remote technicians. Please consider getting connected remotely so they can assist you configure and activate AVG Secure VPN. You have already been sent an email with instructions on how to get connected to our remote support team.
