Problems with AVG Secure VPN

We will check with it. Try to restart AVG Secure VPN service and check if that helps.

Open run command by pressing windows and R key simultaneously, type " services.msc " and press enter. Select AVG Secure VPN and choose restart service from left pane.

I have installed secure VPN on my PC but due to technical problems I am not able to make it active.
( no connection )  I am using wondows 7 - could that be a problem ??
Do you have any solution  ??
